Jazz Band
The Jazz Band explores the art of jazz, and its various forms and styles. Membership is determined by student interest and the director≠s permission. Members of the Jazz Band will focus on mastering various jazz fundamentals, including improvisation skills, technique, blues progressions, comparing and contrasting styles, and theory concepts. Jazz Band meets during the Explore period throughout the school year, and performs three concerts during the year year.
