2007-2008 Vball Season
The season is ready to begin! Please see below for dates of importance throughout the season to you.
BEFORE you may practice you must have a PHYSICAL and ACTIVITY PASS paid for and given to the Athletic Directors Office.
Aug. 13th -- Freshman Try-outs and Practice begin
Aug 13-14th- 12pm-2pm at KHS (Try outs)
Aug 15 1:45-4:45pm
Aug 16 & 17- 3:45-6:00pm
Sophomore to Senior Practice Schedule
Aug. 13 & 14th- 6:00-8am; 2-4:45pm
Aug 15th- 6-7:30am & 2:00-4:45pm
Aug. 16th- 6:00-7:30am & 3:45-6:00 pm
Aug. 17th- 6:00-7:30am & 3:45-6:00 pm
Aug. 20 begins afternoon practice ONLY
Aug 24th (Friday) Scrimmage Night and Organizational Supper (Pizza) immediately after the scrimmage.
Freshman play at 5:00pm
Reserve and Junior Varsity: Approx. 5:45pm
Varsity: Approx. 6:30pm-7:00pm
*Remember the scrimmage is the "Gatorade scrimmage" please bring a 6 pack of a sports drink or water for the team to use throughout the year.
Aug 31--1st Game against Holdredge
Sept. 6th- Parents Night
Oct. 11th--Senior Night
Nov. 13th-Volleyball Banquet
2007 Vball schedule available online through the Kearney Public Schools website. We have 7 home games!!!
