Welcome, from Dennis Hartner. I teach fourth grade at Northeast Elementary School, Kearney, NE. I live in the Northeast area with my wife, Sue. We have children in Kearney, Michigan, and California. They share eight grandchildren with us. Sue and I share our backyard with our dogs, Cooper and Joey.
After earning my high school diploma in Madison, NE, I attended Concordia University in Seward for my undergraduate degree. I earned a Masters Degree in Elementary Education at the University of Nebraska, Kearney. I also received a K-6 Supervisory Degree from UNK.
My teaching career has been rewarding! During my career I have taught 3-8th grades and coached middle school-level football and basketball. Initially, I served in Lutheran Church-MO Synod schools, teaching in Kansas, North Platte, and Kearney. I have taught 3rd and 4th grades at Northeast Elementary for 20+ years.
