Welcome
to the Glenwood Gladiators website. My name is Mark Johnson, and I am
the principal here at Glenwood Elementary. We are a one-unit school,
serving 133 students in grades K-5. We have six classroom teachers and
21 additonal staff members that serve our students.
Our theme this year
is "Home Court Advantage." This means all the teachers, staff, parents,
and community are cheering on our students to victory and success. We
spend our days helping students stay "above the line" by reminding them
they are in the #1 Position of their own learning. While we are here to
teach them vital skills and to support them through relationships, the
ultimate choice for learning comes down to them. We are helping
students make wise choices for their present and future success.
We
are honored to be a member of the Kearney Public Schools, and we take
pride in being the best kept secret in Kearney, Nebraska. Stop by and
