Spend A Great Year in Fifth Grade!
Our fifth grade year is always great, and we have a lot of fun.
Students at Kenwood are activitly involved in community service.
We adopted our neighborhood Centennial Park where we actively take
part in its upkeeping. We rake leaves, paint, pickup trash and
even plant flowers. We also help Target, one of our business
partners, with their Senior Citizen Christmas Shopping
Days. We become greeters, carryout helpers, floor assistance,
and even wrap gifts. You can see the 5th grade students with
other Kenwood's K-Kids walking in the Homecoming parade. Mrs. Allen
and Mrs. Hagen has started the "SWAT" Team which are students who help
out with our computers. We love to work on puzzles in fifth grade
and you can see the group with one of the finished puzzles.
We always have one in progress, so stop by and put in a few pieces.
Visit us whenever you can and spend a great year in fifth grade.
